What we collect
Account details, authentication and session data, names and services you monitor, check history, subscription records, messages needed to send alerts, and basic security logs. If you accept analytics, Google Analytics also receives usage and device information. Sentry receives diagnostic data when an error occurs. Session Replay is not enabled.
Why we use it
We use account, watchlist, billing, and email data to provide the service and perform our contract with you. We use proportionate security and diagnostic data to protect and maintain the service. Optional analytics is based on your consent.
Who receives it
Service providers may process data for hosting, authentication, database operations, email delivery, payments, error monitoring, and—only with consent—analytics. Stripe processes payment information under its own notice. Public username and domain services receive the names needed to perform availability checks.
Retention and your choices
We keep data only while needed for the service, security, accounting, or legal obligations. You can delete watches and manage account details in the app. You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to certain processing by emailing hello@namesnitch.com. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
Cookies and similar storage
Authentication storage is necessary to keep signed-in sessions working. Google Analytics remains disabled until you accept optional analytics. You can change that choice at any time using .
