Terms of service
The service
NameSnitch performs best-effort domain and username checks and sends availability alerts. A result is a lead, not a reservation or guarantee. Third-party services may rate-limit, block, delay, or return ambiguous information.
Accounts and acceptable use
Keep your credentials secure and provide accurate account information. Do not misuse the service, evade limits, interfere with providers, automate abusive checks, or use results to impersonate, harass, or infringe another person’s rights.
Subscriptions
Current prices and billing intervals are shown before checkout. Paid subscriptions renew until cancelled. You can manage or cancel billing from account settings; access continues through the paid period unless applicable law requires otherwise. Stripe processes payments.
Affiliate links
Some registrar links may be affiliate links. NameSnitch may receive compensation if you complete a purchase, without changing the price shown by the provider.
Availability and liability
You remain responsible for confirming availability, eligibility, trademarks, platform rules, and registration terms before relying on a result. The service may change or be interrupted. Nothing here excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
Ending use and contact
You may stop using the service and cancel a subscription at any time. We may suspend abusive or unlawful use. Questions can be sent to hello@namesnitch.com. The operator’s full registered legal name, address, governing law, and consumer cancellation details must be completed before commercial launch.
